We're building Divvi to maximize the benefits of group spending for everyone. Right now, when groups spend together, only one person gets credit card rewards while everyone else pays them back in cash.
Divvi changes this by letting everyone contribute with their own credit cards to a shared virtual card. This way, everyone earns their own rewards while participating in group expenses, boosting the overall value of spending together.
Why We Started
We've all been there — planning a trip or organizing a big group expense. Someone always ends up fronting the money, and then everyone else has to pay them back in cash or Venmo, missing out on credit card rewards.
Traditional group payment solutions are built around cash and bank accounts, not credit cards. This means only the organizer earns points, and everyone else loses out on rewards when they pay back in cash.
Divvi is different. Everyone can contribute with their own credit cards, everyone earns their own rewards, and everyone can see exactly where the money goes.
